Can you bill my home insurance?

We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

What is included with your free repair estimate?

All of our estimates include a detailed scope of works to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project. If a survey is required for extensive repairs, we can offer you a quote for a thorough outlook on what needs to be rectified. This will be an additional cost depending on the size of the job and time taken to complete.

How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?

We communicate with you every step of the way. All repair and maintenance issues will be logged for your perusal. If more repairs become visible and are in need of attention you will be notified with a picture and cost along with an additional timeframe of completion before attending to them.
